I am Deepak Eapen and I have been playing guitar for over 10 years now and I play different genres and styles, but my main focus is on blues and heavy metal. I am an amateur guitarist which means that I don’t make a living out of guitar. I am an experienced software professional/blogger/internet marketer and I make a living out of that. But guitar is my passion and I spend a lot of time practicing and learning new things.

I was trained under an expert guitarist/composer/musician named P.D. Thomas for over 5 years, who helped me a lot in building a strong foundation on guitar playing. I have great respect and admiration for him.

Internet has revolutionized the whole world and it has influenced our lives in a big way, especially the social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter and the like. But the internet has also opened new avenues and opportunities for people wanting to learn more about a topic. This paved way for online guitar lessons. My Gear
I use an Ibanez GRX-20 electric guitar along with a Marshall MG 10 CD amplifier and a Zoom G2.1u effects pedal. I think that’s more than enough for an amateur guitarist like me. I also own a custom built electric guitar and an acoustic guitar.
